Terms and conditions of use

WARRANTY:

Pedal Motion Cycles Ltd. offers a one year warranty on all frames and forks.

COMPONENT DEFECT WARRANTY:

Components carry a six month manufacturer defect warranty:

• deraileurs
  crankset
  shifters
  brake levers
  bottom bracket
  cassette
  rims and spokes

WARRANTY EXCLUSION:

The warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as:

• handlebar tape
  pedals
  chains
  cranks
  saddle
  paint
  brake pads
  cable
  tires

Improper use, lack of maintenance, improper repairs, accidents, custom alterations, and modifications are not included in the warranty.

CLAIMS:

Pedal Motion Cycles Ltd. reserves the right to only replace the damaged part(s) or issue store credit for warranty claims if unable to satisfy claim based on current production or for any other reason.

NOTE:

The warranty is extended only to the original owner and is not transferred to subsequent owners.

It is strongly advised that the bicycles be built by a proper trained bicycle mechanic. Pedal Motion Cycles Ltd. shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or deaths resulting from incorrect assembly.
